Browsing.
Public search and filters use the words you enter in the page address. We do not ask visitors for payment information, medical information or reservation details.
Website preferences.
Display preferences are saved on your device. The protected guide editor uses a secure session cookie for signed-in staff. Public visitors do not need that cookie.
Hosting & external services.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes normal connection and security information to deliver it. Weather requests use the National Weather Service. The interactive park directory loads map images from OpenStreetMap; its servers receive normal connection information such as your IP address and the referring site while the map is displayed. This guide does not request your device’s location. Booking sites, directions links, translations and linked organizations have their own privacy practices when you choose to visit them.
Visitor activity measurements.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page performance and visits. Our own counters record daily totals for pageviews, broad referral categories and actions such as directions and booking-link clicks. Counters contain no names, email addresses, full referrers, search queries or visitor identifiers. We retain a rolling 90-day set of totals; older totals are removed during subsequent activity cleanup. A pseudonymous network-address hash limits abusive requests for up to 24 hours. Expired hash records are removed during subsequent cleanup. Our counters respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A booking-link click does not tell us whether you completed a reservation.
